Membership

TVET UK membership is intended to be holistic in its approach to the technical and vocational education and skills training sector and will represent the whole sector - both public and private.

Subject to quality threshold criteria, membership is open to all learning and skills national agencies, sector skills councils, awarding bodies, colleges, vocational schools, work-based and private training providers, education and training equipment and materials supply companies, and publishers.

TVET UK membership is subscription-based to enable it to provide many benefits and services for its members under two distinct strands: International Tenders and Contracts (ITC) and Student Recruitment and related Projects (SRP).

The ITC strand of TVET UK focuses on identifying multi-faceted international public and private sector projects aligned to in-country human capacity development policy and implementation plans.  This is achieved by developing and building relationships with international customers and facilitating the development of UK consortiums to bid for - and win - business.

The SRP strand focuses on identifying and facilitating opportunities for the recruitment of students and related activities for UK member institutions.  This includes training delivered in country as well as in the UK.
